Pat’s Run

Monday, April 20th, 2009

Our 3D team made it out to the Tillman Run at ASU hitting a crowd of over 20,000 people! Pat’s Run gets bigger and bigger every year! Perry Edinger, Pat’s friend and former head trainer for Arizona State University, initiated and developed the concept of a 4.2 mile run/walk around Arizona State with a finish on the 42-yard line of Sun Devil Stadium (#42 was Pat’s number while a Sun Devil). This run is a great way for people to get invloved with the communiy and get some physical activity in their day! Next year maybe we can get a 3D team to finish on that 42-yard line : )

Scottsdale Culinary Festival

Monday, April 20th, 2009

Saturday April 18th, Leah and myself worked at the Scottsdale Culinary Festival. It was a hot day filled with tons of people. We started our day with getting the 3D car washed to look super clean for the event.
We decided meet up with one of our main vendors, Mojo Yogurt who had a tent setup inside the event. Leah and I filled a big ice chest and headed over to the tent. Tons of people gathered around as we passed out the ice cold 3D’s. The mango was a real hit! As the afternoon heat cooled down and we finished passing out the drinks at the tent we decided to do some guerrilla outside the event. The streets were filled with people while we passed them out. It was a great Saturday doing what we Rev’s do best!!!

Golfers Experiment with 3D Martinis

Tuesday, April 14th, 2009

St. Mary Food Bank held a golf tournament this past weekend at Wigwam Golf Course. The event was a huge success and 3D was happy to be a part of it. Revs were located at the “Hydration Station” where the golf courses cross over. St. Mary’s was offering free Bloody Mary’s next to us, which led to some interesting experiments with 3D. Golfers, whom didn’t prefer a Bloody Mary took a 3D Pomegranate or Green Apple and asked to mix it with some alcohol. Everyone really enjoyed it and had a great time! Who would have thought!?

3D Goes to School for the Day

Tuesday, April 14th, 2009

Every college student loves free stuff; t-shirts, food, and of course 3D. 3D Revs hit up various dorms, as well as Palm Walk the other day. While students roamed around the campus, heading to class, 3D drinks were passed out to perk up their day! Mango was a popular hit this crowd. Not to brag – but we’d like to think that 3D is the reason that multiple students were about to ace their exam. 3D makes you feel good, healthy, and smart!

MDA 2009

Tuesday, April 7th, 2009

It was another warm, sunny Saturday morning at Tempe Town Lake as 3D got prepared to hand out our 4 flavors to participants of the MDA walk. More people participated then expected as over 1500 people showed up! 3D was located right next to Spicy Pickle who were serving free lunches as well. The two of us teamed up to provide the walkers with a very healthy, delicious and nutritious lunch on this beautiful day. The day was a huge success and we look forward to being a part of this walk next year : )
